Finally tried the amazing  fusion Korean tacos from Cartel Tacos food cart.

I tried the bulgogi beef taco and the pork taco. The service was friendly and extremely fast. Even though there was only one guy working the grill and a long queue was starting at the cart.

Each double corn tortilla was piled high with ingredients, lots of kimchi, salsa and meat. I didn’t think I would get full on just four tacos but since each one was so jam packed with ingredients, I was pretty stuffed at the end.

I usually choose pork over any other kind of meat, but I actually liked the beef tacos a little bit more. The tender bits of beef definitely better absorbed all the sweet and spicy flavours. The natural sweetness in the beef also went better with the tangy salsa and spicy kimchi.

The pork tacos were tasty as well, and the meat was so incredibly tender.

These tacos were totally messy to eat but worth every bite! Just remember to grab extra napkins!
