Green Charm Cupcakes: Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
In honour of everything green, lucky and Irish, check out this cool, easy and delicious recipe from www.bakerella.com. I used butter cream frosting but cream cheese frosting suffices too. Here’s my quick and classic butter cream frosting recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsalted butter
2 teaspoons of milk
4 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
*makes 3 cups of frosting
Directions
1. Cream the butter with electric mixer until smooth
2. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and mix until blended
