Yup, I agree - I don't really mind what kind of crepe is used for savory ingredients as long as it tastes good... I love the soft flour crepes but I realize the blander buckwheat doesn't compete with the savory flavours, plus the crispy buckwheat adds that extra texture. I love Creperie La Bretagne! They also make a great French onion soup with all that melted, goopy cheese...Thanks for reading, Kim!
